ZW68-12/T630-20 outdoor intelligent set of pole-mounted circuit breaker is a new generation of environmental-friendly primary and secondary deeply integrated intelligent automatic vacuum circuit breaker developed to meet the demand for switchgear in the intelligent distribution network. It deeply integrates advanced technologies such as AC voltage and current sensor, solid insulation, impedance matching, full sealing and high-performance anti-corrosion. It is a three-phase AC 50Hz outdoor high-voltage AC switchgear with rated voltage of 12kV, realizing selective protection for line faults, local automatic isolation of short-circuit and single-phase grounding faults, and not affecting the power supply in non-fault areas. Compared with the traditional distribution intelligent switch, it greatly improves the standardization and integration level of distribution intelligent switch, and enhances the operation and maintenance quality and efficiency of distribution intelligent switch.

 

Technical Features

◆Module design: the disconnecting switch and vacuum circuit breaker are all enclosed in independent three-phase poles to realize built-in disconnecting switch.

◆Stable performance: The vacuum interrupter and direct-acting disconnector are sealed into one, and the relative positions of all devices are guaranteed by molds with high precision and no secondary assembly process, so the overall electrical performance is stable.

◆Deep integration: Based on the integrated design and integration technology of the complete set of switches, the casing type PT and CT are designed as the part of the switch body, and the measurement components and the switch components are truly deeply integrated.

◆Total sealing: the shell adopts aluminum alloy overall casting and CNC precision machining process, the strength of water pressure resistance reaches more than 0.24MP; the isolation switch and vacuum circuit breaker CT and PT are all sealed in the aluminum die-casting box, so that the insulation is not affected by rain and condensation.

◆Environmental friendly: no harmful substances are emitted, no gas leakage, explosion potential, no need to consider the impact of harmful substances on the environment.

◆Fully insulated: the inlet and outlet terminals are cased with silicone rubber outer insulation and are not subject to phase-to-phase short circuit faults between outdoor accumulations.

◆Environmental adaptation: low pressure and dry air sealing, insulation not affected by low temperature, high altitude or humid environment.

◆High reliability: consistent electric field, small local discharge of the whole switch, below 10C.

◆Mechanical life: 10000~20000 times.

◆Anti-corrosion and reliable: The operating mechanism and related transmission parts are all nickel-plated.

◆Institutional sealing: The circuit breaker and isolating switch operating mechanism are all sealed in the aluminum casting box.
