Product Introduction

This product is mainly used in 0.4kV distributed photovoltaic power generation system. While protecting the grid-connected line from overload, short circuit and leakage, it can realize automatic grid connection and separation. The product also has HPLC communication, power quality monitoring and accurate metering and other power IOT functions. The product is an integrated device on power usage side and compliant with the National Grid/GDW1972 Technical Specification for Distributed Photovoltaic Grid-connected Circuit Breakers. It adopts the latest HPLC communication, microprocessor high-speed sampling and intelligent APP technology and is an important component to support digital intelligent photovoltaic grid connection.

The product is used in conjunction with the station area intelligent integrated terminals. It conducts intelligent monitoring of distributed PV power lines through HPLC or RS485 communication, combined with topology identification APP, line loss analysis APP, power quality monitoring APP, electrical quantity collection APP and other application software, improving the safety, reliability and intelligence of power distribution station area, and realize the visual management of distributed energy.

01） Grid connection protection

Automatic connection to the grid when conditions are met through real-time detection of the voltage and frequency of the incoming and outgoing lines. The feature can be turned off.

02) Islanding protection

Automatic braking to achieve islanding protection through real-time detection of the main network whether a power failure occurs. The feature can be turned off.

03) Unbalance protection

Automatic cut-off of grid connection point for unbalanced three-phase current on generation side. It can be turned off.

04）Topology identification

Automatic connection to the grid when conditions are met through real-time detection of voltage and frequency of incoming and outgoing lines. It can be turned off.

05）Multiple measurements

Multiple measurement data, including voltage, current, power, harmonics, temperature.

06）Remote control function

Support remote control of circuit breaker breaking and closing. It can be turned off.

07）Communication function

Support RS485, broadband carrier communication, DL/T645, 698 and other protocols

Electrical protection for under-voltage, over-voltage, short-circuit, leakage, overload. Support for automatic reclosing of leakage.
