Product Introduction

Since 2016, the State Grid has proposed a technical solution of primary and secondary integrated distribution equipment to solve the problems of distribution automation coverage of incremental equipment and mismatch of primary and secondary devices in large-scale construction and transformation of distribution networks, as well as to realize lean line loss management. In response to the State Grid’s requirement, Sumching has developed and launched primary and secondary sets of integrated circuit breakers, including ZW32, LW3, ZW20, and the feeder automation terminal can be hooded or box type. These products have been deployed in large scale in Fujian, Hunan, Shandong, Mengdong, Chongqing, Shaanxi and many other provinces and regions.

Key Features

(1) Primary and secondary integrated sets of circuit breakers can be used as line segmentation, contact, branching and other occasions.

(2)It has the ability to collect three-phase current, zero-sequence current, three-phase phase voltage or one line voltage and zero-sequence voltage on each side of the switch, and meet the functions of calculating active power, reactive power, power factor, frequency and electric energy collection.

(3) According to the actual operating conditions, the operating parameters and control logic can be flexibly configured to realize single-phase grounding and phase-to-phase short circuit fault handling.

(4) It has small current grounding system single-phase ground fault in-situ judgement and isolation function.

(5) Support local feeder automation function and centralized feeder automation at the same time.

(6) It has the function of electric energy measurement including forward and reverse active power and four-quadrant reactive power, with electric energy data freezing function.

(7) It meets the Implementation Rules of DLT634.5101-2002 and DLT634.5104-2009 for Distribution Automation System (for trial implementation). It has the information security protection function based on the embedded security chip.

(8) Equipped with fault recording function and supports uploading recording data to the master station.
