Primary and Secondary Sets of Ring Main Unit

Product Introduction

The primary and secondary integrated sets of ring main unit is composed of ring-in and ring-out units, feeder units, bus equipment (TV) units, centralized DTU units, outer box, connecting cables, etc. The voltage, current, telematics and remote-control circuits of all ring-in and ring-out units, feeder units and bus equipment units are designed with standardized interfaces and centralized in the navigation plug room of DTU units through secondary air plugs.

Main Components

1) load switch unit: consisting of load/earth switch, lightning arrester, current transformer, energized display, applicable to ring-in and ring-out units.

2) load switch-fuse (combination appliance) unit: consisting of load/earth switch, fuse, lightning arrester, current transformer, energized display, applicable to transformer feeder unit.

3) circuit breaker unit: composed of circuit breaker, isolation/earth switch, lightning arrester, current transformer, energized display, applicable to feeder units.

4) Busbar equipment unit: consisting of load switch or disconnect switch, fuse, lightning arrester, voltage transformer, charged display, suitable for voltage metering, protection and power take.

5) DTU cabinet integrated metering function, DTU with branch/split inter-phase fault detection and tripping, ground fault detection function. Realize fast recording of zero-sequence current and zero-sequence voltage for ring-in and ring-out.

Key Features

(1) Each interval unit is equipped with a charged display device that can reflect the presence or absence of voltage on the inlet and outlet side and has interlocking signal output function to prevent charged operation.

(2) The switchgear body is equipped with gas monitoring equipment, with valves to facilitate calibration without disassembly, and has status signal output contact.

(3) It has intelligent dehumidification device and can effectively prevent cabinet equipment aging, insulation strength reduction, secondary terminal breakdown, material mold and steel structure parts rust and other safety hazards to ensure safe operation of the power grid.

(4) Support the access of electromagnetic transformer or electronic transformer.

(5) Meet the requirements of protection, measurement, line loss collection and other functions.
