Low-voltage smart switch is an important part of the intelligent station. It is an IoT-based intelligent circuit breaker integrating residual current relay, contactor, plastic case circuit breaker, suitable for three-phase four-wire neutral grounded power supply system.

It provides protections against the line or power equipment ground fault, under-voltage, over-current, short circuit, transient and residual current. It can also prevent electrical fire and electrical equipment damage caused by ground fault of electrical line or electrical equipment and can be used to provide indirect contact protection against the risk of personal electric shock.

1) Protection functions.

a) Basic protection function

  • Circuit breaker has basic protection function, and the basic protection function is independent of line voltage or any auxiliary power supply.
  • Overload long delay protection.
  • Short-circuit short-delay protection.
  • Short-circuit instantaneous protection.

b) Additional protection functions

  • Over-voltage protection.
  • Undervoltage protection.
  • Phase loss protection.

2) Real-time measurement: a variety of measurement functions, including real-time monitoring of current, voltage, power, power factor, temperature and other measurements.

3) Leakage current monitoring: leakage current measurement range of 1mA1000mA, measurement accuracy of no less than 2mA (range 1200mA) and 2% (200mA~1A).

4) Power measurement: total active power and sub-phase power measurement of the three-phase circuit.

5)Status monitoring: monitor whether the switch is in closed or open state, and refresh the status within 1 second after the switch has changed position.

6) Remote control switch-off: remote control switch-off function is available.

7) Intelligent in or out: It can put in or remove the leakage protection function according to the parameter setting. Leakage protection value can be set between 50mA~500mA (step by step 10mA).

8) Topology identification:

 a) The circuit breaker is equipped with topology identification function, which can calculate and analyze the household variable identification feature signal and branch identification feature signal.

The circuit breaker can calculate and analyze the household variable identification feature signal issued by the intelligent distribution terminal or topology host.

The circuit breaker can calculate and analyze the topological branch identification feature signal issued by the topological branch unit.

b) The topology identification method adopts the principle of industrial frequency injection to quickly realize the topology identification function. Its topology identification feature signal is as follows:
